Brighter Over Yonder
The title of this painting is inspired by a recent trip to the Dales in North Yorkshire and the Lake District. On one of the days, when the weather wasn't as good, and we were driving around, we could see patches of lighter sky and the promise of sunshine. But it was always over yonder, never where we were. Turquoise has become quite an obsession.
This painting is on a box canvas, there is no need for a frame as the painting goes round the edges.
